Chakras - Walker Dance Park Music
The chakras are the seven energy systems of the body, each representing a different spiritual life lesson. Each chakra has an associated colour and sound frequency. Moving through the seven different pieces of 5 2 10 we move through different emotions.
represents the base chakra and our connection to the earth, tribes, family and society. Its colour is red.
represents the sacral charka and our ability to connect with another while maintaining connection to self. Its colour is orange.
Duet one
Duet two
represents the solar plexus and how we perceive ourselves in the outside world. Its colour is yellow.
represents the heart and the ability to love oneself and love another. Its colour is green.
Duet three
Solo four
represents the throat; the ability to speak, know ones truth and to be able to ascertain what is truth. Its colour is blue
represents the connection to wisdom and thought; the ability to distinguish between our intuitive response and learned thought patterns. Its colour is indigo.
Solo five
Duet six
represents the crown and our ability to connect and be open to spirit, God, higher power, the universe. Its colour is white.
